HTC One Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Update now Live in Taiwan

HTC has silently started rolling out the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update for HTC One Single-SIM and Dual-SIM versions. The news was first reported to take place on HTC One Dual-SIM variant, later today a tipster for AndroidCentral claims his international HTC One got an Android 4.2.2 OTA update prompt whilst in Taiwan. The update is currently live on HTC's home country and should not take long to reach out other countries as well.

The update for Dual-SIM variant is 175.25MB in size whereas the international variant aka Taiwan HTC One has a update of 465.25MB. HTC has also included the official change-log inside the update, which reads as follows,
- Android 4.2.2 update

- Enhanced Home button behaviour
- Home button option added to make navigation menu bar removable Power
- Show battery level in status bar Notifications

- Music Channel: Add seek, fast/back forward functions to enhance user experience

The update will bring Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, launcher bar enhancements, lock-screen widgets, home button options, new quick settings panel in notification shade, gallery/camera app improvements and more.
