[Exclusive Leak] 10,600 Moto G units to be on sale on Flipkart tomorrow, 1000 units pre-ordered on Snapdeal within 2 hours

According to our inside sources, Motorola has imported 5,600 units of the 8 GB version of Moto G and 5,000 units of the 16 GB one. All these units will be put up for sale on Flipkart starting tomorrow. Another interesting we noted from the data is that only the dual sim version of Moto G has been imported. We aren't pretty sure when the single sim version will be launched in India, if it ever will be.

Given the amount of response Moto G has garnered in India till now, all these units will be gone in a matter of hours. So, make sure you book yourself one, if you are interested, as soon as you get to hear of it. To be assured that you don't get too late, sign up with your email on this Flipkart page. Make sure you check out our comparison of the launch offers Snapdeal and Flipkart have been providing for Moto G.

In related news, Snapdeal had put up 1000 Moto G units on sale on its listing. Sources within Snapdeal told us that the device was sold out within 2 hours since the listing went live. We can get an idea of how many people have been waiting for the launch of Moto G in India by just that.

Also, it looks like Flipkart will be selling the device exclusively for about two weeks or so, as Snapdeal has already stated in its listing that the product will be available in the third week of February. Take this one with a pich of salt though, as we can't actually confirm this right now.

If you think the number of phones imported is too low, fret not. More units of the Moto G will be imported pretty soon. We hope Moto G in India isn't marred by unit shortage like Nexus 4 had to globally.
