We have been hearing about the lite version of the Galaxy Note 3 since last year, and fortnight ago SamMobile leaked the alleged images of Galaxy Note 3 Lite or say Note 3 Neo sitting beside original Note 3. Now, we have the press images of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo that shows the design of the phablet in all its glory.
As you can see in the images, the Galaxy Note 3 Neo looks a lot like the Galaxy Note 3. According to SamMobile's report, a Belgian retailer has already set-up a pre-order page for the device and is just waiting for an official announcement to make the page live. The pre-order price is said to be €599, which is about $819.
The tipster who sent these images and details to SamMobile didn't mentioned the launch date, but if the date on the press render is any indication, then Samsung will officially announce the Galaxy Note 3 Neo on January 27th, 2014.
Recap, the Galaxy Note 3 Neo will come with a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display, Mali-T624 GPU, 2GB RAM, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with TouchWiz UI, 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 2.1MP front facing camera, 16GB internal storage with up to 64GB microSD card support and 3,100 mAh battery.
The Galaxy Note 3 Neo will be powered by Samsung's own 1.7GHz dual-core + 1.3GHz quad-core Exynos 5260 Hexa-core processor with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing (HMP) capabilities, which means all the 6-cores will be active at the same time.
The phone will come in two variants, LTE (SM-N7505) and HSPA+ (SM-N750), where the LTE variant will come with Hexa-core processor. Connectivity series include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0+LE, A-GPS+GLONASS, IR blaster, MHL 2.0, NFC support and microUSB connector rather than USB 3.0, like on the Note 3.
