Moto G sells 20k units in less than 60 minutes; 8 GB version back in stock

Thanks to internet, good deals never go unnnoticed from netizens. Moto G has been one of the most awaited mid-end device we’ve seen in the recent years in India. We were able to catch a glimpse of the demand Moto G is in, when over 20,000 units of the Moto G were booked on Flipkart in less than an hour.

Moto G was made available for sale at 00:00 a.m. on Flipkart today. 5,000 units of the 16 GB Moto G variant were sold out within 15 minutes while it took another 45 minutes for the 14,800 units of the 8 GB Moto G variant to disappear.

Flipkart and Snapdeal both have been offering great launch offers for the device. As Flipkart’s offers were only for those who bought the device on the first day itself, these 20k buyers were the only ones who were able to take advantage of Flipkart’s offers. As per the offer, out of these 20,000 buyers, 100 will get full cashback in terms of Flipkart wallet balance. Moto G will become available on Snapdeal somewhere in the third week of February.
