Last week we reported about Samsung's upcoming mid-range phablet, the Galaxy Grand Neo. The smartphone has now been detailed thoroughly through a leaked internal document obtained by GSMArena. According to GSMArena's report, the Galaxy Grand Neo will be priced at €299 in Europe. The smartphone will be available in multiple colours and stands between Galaxy Grand and Galaxy Grand 2.
Feature-wise, the Galaxy Grand Neo has a quite similar design like its predecessor, and comes with a 5.01-inch WVGA TFT PLS display, 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 processor, 1GB RAM and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with TouchWiz user-interface on top.
The smartphone also comes with a 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 0.3MP (VGA) front facing camera, 8GB internal storage with microSD card support and 2,100 mAh battery. The Grand Neo is 9.6mm thick and has dual-SIM slots, depending on the market.
Connectivity series include Bluetooth 4.0, HSPA+ (21Mbps down, 5.76Mbps up), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, microUSB, GPS and GLONASS support.
There is no word on when the smartphone will be available for purchase, but it won't take too long. In addition, according to SamMobile, the rumoured Galaxy Grand Lite will launch in markets as the Galaxy Grand Neo.
