Oppo Find 7 confirmed to come with 2K (QHD, 2560x1440p) display, won't feature a 5.7-inch or a 7-inch screen

While the Oppo N1 is the world's first smartphone with rotating camera and last year announced Oppo Find 5 debuted as world's first full HD smartphone, Oppo is back with a new smartphone, which could be the first smartphone in the world to feature whooping 2K display. The 2K resolution is probably QHD – not qHD, its QHD or say Quad HD (i.e., 4x720p, 2560 x 1440p).

Oppo Find 7 was earlier rumoured to feature the same display and today the company has confirmed it officially via a tweet. Oppo has already confirmed that Find 7 actually exists and won't feature a 5.7-inch or a 7-inch display, as rumoured earlier. 

Carl Pei, International Markets Manager at Oppo announced publicly that the Find 7's screen will not be either of these sizes.

"Rest assured guys, the Find 7 will not have a 5.7" or 7" display."

The company is yet to announce the Find 7, and as per previous rumours Oppo Find 7 would come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB RAM, 13MP rear camera and 5MP front facing camera.

Similar to Oppo N1, the Find 7 is also rumoured to come in CyanogenMod version. The battery life of Find 7 is yet a mystery, but previous reports points towards 4,000 mAh of juice.
