Surprisingly, Google has started rolling out the all new Android 4.3.1 Jelly Bean update for Nexus 7 2013 today. LTE variant of Nexus 7 2013 is the first device to receive the update, and we expect Google to roll-out the same update on Wi-Fi only version soon. The update brings new software build number which is JLS36I.
Right now, it's unclear what exactly the new features and bugs fixes could be, but given the update size being just 9.42MB, we don't think that this update brings some big changes along.
Thanks to Android Police for posting the direct links to the JLS36I update from various versions of the firmware you may be updating. These builds can be easily flashed by using ADB sideload or any custom recovery.
